Photo Walk with Brendon Kitto 

Enjoy a walk around Maungauika led by photographer Brendon Kitto and artist Benjamin Work, exploring different views over the Waitematā harbour in response to their collaborative exhibition, MOTUTAPU. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, expand on their observation and composition skills, learn more about the history of Motutapu across Moana Oceania and discover connections between place, self, and art.

Seniors sensing place  

Join specialist arts educator, Cath O’Brien, who works with seniors to develop creative skills. This explorative multi-media course is suitable for all abilities and is centred on developing connections with the places we live. What anchors you to your local environment? Each week will incorporate research, personal reflection, and creative processes such as drawing, painting, collage, printmaking and photography to form a foundation for your own visual language that responds to place.
