Following the recent Covid-19 Alert Level 3 lock down, we were unable to celebrate the opening of our five new autumn exhibitions, so instead we've organised an exciting programme of events for Saturday 27 March to mark each of these important new projects. We'll be hosting a series of rapid-fire artist floor talks in each exhibition, and we'll be joined by musician Kingsley Spargo for a sound performance in The thrum of the tide.
This is also the family day for the annual Titirangi Festival of Music, so there’ll be plenty happening around Titirangi if you’re coming out for the day.
12.30pm: Floor talk with Anna Crichton
1pm: McCahon House Residencies exhibition tours
1.30pm: Tour of Shannon Te Ao: Ka mua, ka muri
2pm: Kingsley Spargo sound performance for The thrum of the tide
3pm: Floor talk with Eugene Hansen and Jenny Gillam
Saturday 27 March, 12.30-4pm
