From the farm to the market to the table, food has been the heart and soul of Mexican life for millennia. In this vibrant, colourful and interactive space, meet farmers, scientists, vendors, home cooks and acclaimed chefs across Mexico. View five spectacular papier-mâché sculptures designed in collaboration with Ruben Puertos, a Wellington-based Mexican artist.
